Yeah! We finally made it to the restaurant, which is right on main street in Logan, across from the library. It was so fun to see Jack and Julie again. I really miss Julie's serene happiness. Here's Golden Delicious and Mr. Bechtel ordering. The menu on the back wall was written by their daughter, Becca. It is a professional work of art. We tried a bit of everything.
Here's Becca and her beau making our pizzas. They look happier than normal pizza workers...
The Hungry Masses....
Yum. This is the "Cache" pizza. It's got a white sauce with chicken. It was really good. We got several basic pepperoni type pizzas for the kids that don't like "weird things" on their pizza. They were great, I think... They disappeared before I sampled them.
This is my favorite. Oh boy. This is Lyon Bread. Thin, puffy, crispy bread with olive oil drizzled on and parmesan cheese... Definitely yummy. We tried several of them.

They also have sandwiches, called Grinders, that are big squares of panini bread grilled in the oven with various fillings. We tried a "Captain Jack" (beef with peppers and cheese) and a "Boxcar" which is BBQ pork with fresh pineapple. Here I'm trying the boxcar. It passed inspection! They were delicious. Braeburn and Mr. Bechtel heartily approved also.
Then we went to tour Utah State campus, and even though we'd just had a great dinner, we still found room for an Aggie ice cream.
To Be Continued...
