I'm always on the lookout for great ranch locations and I thought this spot fit the bill. In between the metropolis cities of Blue Dome and Lone Pine is this great canyon, skull canyon! I can't believe Louis L'Amour didn't write a story about this place.
And the ardent fishermen were happy to finally see Birch Creek, which their scout leader has told them about for a long time. We didn't fish. We'll have to save that for next time.
